Common questions
What counts as an investigation?
An investigation is counted when you start a new screening for an entity (individual or company). You can review as many sources as needed within that investigation without additional charges. Resuming a paused investigation does not count as a new investigation.
How long is data retained?
All completed investigations and evidence snapshots are retained for 10 years from the decision date, in line with Swiss regulatory requirements. Abandoned investigations are automatically purged after 90 days.
Is on-premise deployment available for smaller plans?
On-premise deployment is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan. This includes Docker-based deployment with implementation support.
