Product
Negative news screening with evidence snapshots, decision documentation, and audit-ready exports.
NNSFlow is a legally defensible decision reconstruction system. When you complete a screening, every source you reviewed is captured in full, hashed for integrity, and frozen. Years later, you can prove exactly what your team saw at the moment they made their decision.
This isn't just about finding negative news. It's about creating evidence that your due diligence was conducted properly, with documentation that meets regulatory standards.
Screening Workflow
Four steps from search to locked evidence.
Start Investigation
Enter the entity name and type (individual or company). Configure your search parameters: custom keywords, specific sites to include, country filters.
Investigation parameters are stored, allowing you to return later without re-entering configuration.
Review Sources
Sources are surfaced as they're collected, with full content extraction and keyword highlighting.
- Flag as relevant for closer review
- Mark as excluded (irrelevant)
- Add notes for context
- Classify credibility (Official, Verified, Unverified, Allegation, Political)
Progress is auto-saved. Refreshing the page or returning later restores your work.
Make Decision
When you've reviewed the sources, complete the screening with your decision. You must provide reasoning -- this becomes part of the permanent audit record.
Evidence Locked
Upon completion, everything is frozen:
- All reviewed sources become immutable evidence snapshots
- Content is SHA-256 hashed
- Configuration snapshot (keywords, filters) is frozen
- Decision, reasoning, and timestamp recorded
- Retention clock starts (10 years default)
Immutability is enforced at the database level. No one can modify completed evidence, not even administrators.
Every entity has a dossier
One view: identity, relationship graph, KYC documents, and a live history of every action taken on the entity.
Relationship graph
Family, corporate, and beneficial-owner connections surface as a queryable graph, with every edge backed by source evidence.
KYC document vault
Identity documents stored beside the entity, hashed with SHA-256, access-logged. Retrievable by an auditor years later.
Activity timeline
Every state change (note, edit, approval) logged with actor, timestamp, and diff. The timeline IS the audit trail.
